Nu-Wa Folding Camp Trailers
Nu-Wa Industries is located in Chanute, Kansas. The company is still in existence today but only manufactures fifth wheel, which they date back to 1969. According to their website NuWa was one of the four manufacturers who created the Fifth Wheel concept that took advantage of Classic's then-new hitch.
I have only found one reference to this company in the March / April 1963 issue of Better Camping. I tend to believe this company was founded in the early 1960's, maybe late 1950's and only manufactured tent trailers during these early years. I have no advertisements or brochures for this company. I plan to contact this company in the near future to inquire into the company's early years operations.
